Artist Jesse Demolli Recreates Saint Gennaro and walk in Tuscany
February 5, 2009 - The Saint's likeness will be a part of the traditional procession at the San Gennaro Festa in Safety Harbor, FL
February 5, 2009 Safety Harbor, FL Artist Jesse Demolli has been commissioned by the Italian-American Women of Today (LIADO) to recreate Saint Gennaro as
part of the preparations for the 6th Annual San Gennaro Festa to be held February 14th and 15th in Safety Harbor. Saint Gennaro is the patron Saint of Naples, Italy and his likeness will be carried during the traditional procession at the festa. Jesse Demolli has also created the mural for the Piazza Toscana debuted at this year's festa. Jesse Demolli will be demonstrating as part of the Italian festivities offered on Saturday and Sunday which include Italian food, music and entertainment.

Jesse Demolli, from Tampa Bay area Florida, is a muralist and artist trained in the traditional Italian art of mural painting, both in alfresco and a secco.
He is known for his nostalgic murals of Italian landscapes. Jesse Demolli moved to the United States in 1994 from Florence, Italy where he attended the
Academia dele Belle Arti. Mr. Demolli was 8 years old when he knew that one day he would become an artist. He painted his first public mural at age 13. Jesse Demolli's first personal exhibition was in Galleria Centro Storico in Florence, Italy. His paintings have been sold to the Swiss Government in Steinemreine, Villa Vechia and Villa Demidof in Pratolino and galleries of Europe and the United States.

Wheaton Arts and Cultural Center in New Jersey; Town Hall of St. Michaels, Maryland and in private homes and businesses in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware.
